These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidNinjas0s website, AI-powered dashboard, and browser extension (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by law).
  • Provide accurate information and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

    • 2) Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid features may require a subscription; unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

    • 3) Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or access them using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or exceed usage limits.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy rights; do not upload unlawful content.

    • 4) Google & YouTube

  • If you connect your YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account.
  • Our use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

    • 5) Intellectual Property

  • The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

    • 6) User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to provide the Services.
  • You represent that you have all rights to upload and share any content you submit.

    • 7) Disclaimers

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    8) Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDNINJAS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

    9) Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately for any breach of these Terms or for conduct that may harm the Services or other users.

    10) Changes to the Services or Terms

    We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-product or by email) before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

    11) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
